“We Are Capable”

“We Are Capable” supported by the Charitable Foundation “Zaporuka” and WPHF

From August 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, we implemented the project to support women’s organizations and women IDPs “WPHF CfP4-Ukraine “We Are Capable,” supported by the Charitable Foundation “Zaporuka” and funded by the United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF). During the project implementation period, 36 events were held for 596 beneficiaries.

The goal of the project was to create a space where each woman feels important and unique. A space where the answer to the question “who are you?” is “I am,” not “a mother,” “an accountant,” or “unemployed.” A space where women learn to be feminine and engage in physical activities to stay fit. We created a motivational environment for women where they have the desire and support of other women – a circle of support in action.

To achieve this, we addressed several areas of personal development: work, children, leisure, and self-improvement. We included individual work with a psychologist to overcome stress and coaching sessions to clarify personal goals and create a plan to achieve them. In our space, participants receive motivation for development, mutual support, and adaptation to changes in modern life.
